"I purchase my bike through the military sales in Kabul Afghanistan. the bike arrived at the Sierra Vista dealer. All the personnel from sales, to parts, to the upper managment were outstanding in helping me set up my bike. They know there stuff and never tried to just sell me something i didnt need. they showed me the value of the items i wanted to purchase and told me about ones that i really didnt need. The dealership has the friendliest people working there and care about your needs. knowing that i live and work in afghanistan they insured i had everything i needed when i recieveed my bike in a exceptional and timely manner. They might not be the biggest dealer around but by far they have the biggest hearts, and the best customer service i have found anywhere. "July 3rd we purchased a CVO 2009 Ultra Classic. Your dealership and Johnny Martin went out of your way to find the bike we wanted and we were able to do most of the sales by telephone. Johnny Martin was friendly, helpful and was the only salesman at the many dealerships we visited that did not roll their eyes or make jokes of the bike we had at the time. "I recently (13 Jul 2007)visited this dealership. I was extremely happy with everyone there. Especially Brian Lee! I explained to him that I was just in town on business but had a few questions for him. He treated me as though I just purchased the most expensive bike in the shop. This is the kind of customer service every Harley Dealership should have. I travel all over the United States and Europe on business. In doing so, I visit every Harley shop within driving distance.
