"I recently (13 Jul 2007)visited this dealership. I was extremely happy with everyone there. Especially Brian Lee! I explained to him that I was just in town on business but had a few questions for him. He treated me as though I just purchased the most expensive bike in the shop. This is the kind of customer service every Harley Dealership should have. I travel all over the United States and Europe on business. In doing so, I visit every Harley shop within driving distance. The Sierra Vista Harley shop is by far, the most friendly and customer oriented shop I have visited! Thanks again for all your advise and assistance Brian! Even though I live just a few short miles from another Harley Dealership, I'll be purchasing all my parts from the Sierra Vista shop.

"the folks at Sierra Vista HD, are great, when I go into the store everyone treats me like a friend, everyone knows me by name, I had a big issue with my SEUC and it was takin care fast, when other people with this same issue, who use other dealers throughout the US are still having trouble getting there parts. Brian Lee is a exceptionale service manager!!
