Just purchased a wonderful Heritage Softail. From the first step of selecting the bike to the final walk around and fit, the experience was easy and painless. I appreciate Brian Lee thinking of me when he saw the bike, Jon Dean introducing me to the bike, guiding my way through the financing and insurance, making the paperwork effortless and not scary, finding the best financing options through Harley, working with me on removing parts and changing windscreens and just making it happen. I appreciate Mike who cleaned up the bike and got off that baked on protection plastic from the fender, getting a lot of dirt off a now beautiful machine and finally helping to fit the bike to me and never losing his patience throughout the entire experience. Thanks to Deb, my partner in TMHOG crime, for my gremlin bell. It is a lovely thing. I now have Harley Goodness in my garage and I owe a big thank you to the Sierra Vista store for helping me make it a reality.
